These programmes include a range of activities like self-introduction, role-play, debates, group discussions, essay writing, anecdote narration etc. These programmes are very effective because of their proven power to transform even the most shy and diffident students and help in instilling in them a new energy and motivation leading to success oriented action.

Communication SkillModule:

A number of activities are devised aimed at developing students in the use of functionalenglish. Throughrole playstudents aremade to practice situationaldialogues. The English Language Lab with its multimedia facilities helps students to overcome their language deficiencies and develop good communication skillswith standard accents.

CampusRecruitment Training :

Career guidanceprograms, reasoning tests, aptitude tests, puzzle solving, group discussions,mock interviews, brain storming sessions, case studies, pick and speak, experience sharing andminipresentations etc., are organized on a regular basis. In addition to it several HRD training programs are interspersed with the above-mentioned activities. These sessions help contribute towards the holistic development of the students and makes themjob ready.-

The Training and Placement Cell organizes a number of training programs for the students of all semesterswith the help of in-house experts and resource personnel drawn from professional agencies. The activities have proved exceptionally useful in shaping the careers of students.

The 200 hours Training Module is devised along the following lines:

  1. PDP - 25 hrs
  2. Communication SkillModule - 25 hrs.
  3. Campus RecruitmentTraining - 150 hrs.

Personality Development Programmes:

Well thought out and systematic conduction of personality development programmes are conducted right fromI year onwards & go on to IV year of the engineering course.
